DGR Enterprise, LLC provides grant writing, funding strategy, capacity building, professional writing, training, and consulting services. The scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for a specific engagement are established through written communication, a proposal, contract, statement of work, invoice, or similar agreement.
Payments and Deposits
Projects generally require a 50% deposit before work begins. Remaining payments may be scheduled according to agreed project milestones. Rush requests may include an expedited-service fee.
No Guarantee of Grant Funding
Grant-writing fees are charged for professional services and are not contingent upon approval or receipt of grant funding. DGR Enterprise, LLC does not guarantee that any proposal or application will receive an award.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information; reviewing drafts when requested; meeting internal approval requirements; and making final decisions regarding submission of applications or other materials.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, and original materials created by DGR Enterprise, LLC may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except as otherwise agreed in writing for client deliverables.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the written terms applicable to the specific service or training. Please review the Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement.
